CONFIGURING NWS CHAT ON IPHONE USING ONETEAM CHAT

1) Go to “My Profile”
2) Go to “Edit”

3) For Jabber-Id enter your NWS account ID.  Here’s an example: nws-john.doe@nwschat.weather.gov
4) Password: enter your NWS account password

CLICK ADVANCE

5) Under advanced:
Sever:  nwschat.weather.gov
Port: 5222
Resource oneteam-iphone
Priority 15
Security TLS

CONTACTS

Contact list will be the the people online and not online for your home chat room.

CHAT

Go to Group Chats and select the + and then the Public Chatrooms and the public chat room of your choice.
